Here is the table of sizes and measurements to help you choose your T-shirt.
A Length
Place the end of the tape measure next to the collar at the top of the long-sleeved top (highest point of the shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the top.
B Chest
Measure yourself at the widest part of your chest. Keep the meter horizontal.
C Sleeve length
Place one end of the ribbon at the top of the raglan sleeve, then pull the ribbon down until you reach the wrist.
