Refund Policy
Preamble :
We offer a 100% "satisfied or refunded" guarantee! If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 20 days of receipt and we will refund you the full price of the item as soon as it reaches us.
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you.
Proof of postage will then need to be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
The process will be different if your item is defective or damaged upon receipt of the package, in this case, please follow the procedure described in the section concerning exchanges (below)
Section 1 - Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually 2 days.
Section 2 - Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Section 3 - Sale Items:
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Section 4 - Exchange:
We only replace items if they are faulty and/or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at: contact@yofeyoga.com.
In this e-mail, we invite you to attach the order number (or a copy of the invoice) and proof (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items) and send your item to the address indicated. on the packaging of your parcel.
Section 5 - Return delivery:
To return your product, you must post your product to the following address:

Attention, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item (approximately 5 euros for an item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. (8 to 12 working days)
If you are shipping an item over $75, from experience we advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
